Privacy
Short version: your notes are yours. We never sell them, never share them, and they never leave our servers.
What we keep
- Your account: email (and phone, if you add it), first name, time zone, and which emails you want.
- The people you buy for: the first name or nickname you give them, quiz answers, dates and your notes.
- What you tapped: which picks you opened, so we know what to show next and which stores to thank. IP addresses are scrambled (hashed) before we store them.
We don't store home addresses, and we don't need her last name. Ever.
Your notes stay private
Notes describe someone who never signed up, so we treat them carefully. They are visible only to you. They are never sold, never shared with stores or advertisers, and never used to train anyone else's AI models.
Our AI runs on our own hardware
The AI that ranks picks and reads your notes runs on servers we own. Your notes never leave our servers. No outside AI company sees them.
Reminders and deal emails are separate choices. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Sign-in codes always go out because, well, you asked for them.
Export and delete
In Settings you can download everything we have about you and your people in one file, or delete your account. Delete means delete: your account, your people, your notes, the facts we pulled out of them, and the AI logs tied to them.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics.
Age
Ultimate Man is for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If we change anything that matters here, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
